The Clubhouse, which was completely renovated in the Spring of 2014, is available for HOA member use year round.  

 

 

The OPM swimming pool is generally open from May through September and is available for HOA Recreational member use.  During the busiest times of the summer, lifeguards are present.  Major renovations to the swimming pool were completed in 2024.  

 

 

Two tennis courts, which were completely resurfaced in 2023, are available for HOA Recreational members in the neighborhood of OPM.  These tennis courts are used for individual play, ATLA team matches, and children's group lessons organized within the neighborhood.  

 

 

Adjacent to the tennis courts is a full playground and swing set, for children of all ages, that is maintained by the HOA.
